All deliveries outside Europe may be subject to import duties (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied as soon as your package reaches your country. One aware does not withhold duties and taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict what your potential duties will be: In the event that such additional charges are incurred, they must be paid so that your parcel can be cleared through customs and then delivered. RETURN

You can return your order or parts of your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please fill out the return form, which you can download here, and enclose it with the package.

Please note that one aware does not cover any costs for your returns.

In addition, the goods must be in proper condition, i.e. unused, unwashed and carefully handled and packaged. We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that are returned too late or in an improper condition.
